Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage a long-term engagement between the customer and SAP related to operation and the adoption of digital innovation in SAP centric solutions.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

Drive the design and implementation of order to cash business processes, while enforcing innovation, service offerings, and productization. Evaluate innovative industry- and technology- trends and development of corresponding industry process- and solution-maps. Provide advice and drive the delivery of relevant premium engagement services to pro-actively prevent or to resolve critical situations even in complex environments. Responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects and drives the collaboration with customers. Manages positioning, explanation, and scoping tasks for non-standard services in the Virtual Project Room to support Front office, Solutioning and sales. Understand the customer business goals and build the engagement and service plan for projects along standard journey and focus packages. Support the execution of end-to-end transformation projects from innovation identification, handover to run, up to the extension of existing solutions focusing on order to cash processes. Provides architectural advice for standard solutions. Resolve critical customer situations, production downs and escalations. Contributes to the industrialization of service procedure and SAP products. Implement and support new SAP industry cloud solutions, as well as S/4HANA public / private cloud.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a combination of degrees or diplomas deemed equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

 

Work Experience:

Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:

 

  • Implement, configure, and test SAP ERP Customer Services module;
  • Implement, configure, and test SAP ERP Order to Cash Business applications in ECC or S/4HANA;
  • Integrate SAP ERP Order to Cash business application with modules including, FI, MM, and PP;
  • Develop solution architecture and process orchestration;
  • Implement customer process and target operation models;
  • Inter-company processes and implementation of double-flash and triple-flash scenarios; and
  • Optimize ABAP code and perform technical analysis across end-to-end business process.

 

Travel: Position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 - $164,985. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,133 – $194,100. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
