Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America, Inc. seeks an Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for account management strategies as well as engagement and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth.


Expectations and Tasks:

Maximize the value that customers and SAP receive through adoption and to ensure that the customers deploy and use of all their entitled subscription software. Serve as point of contact for the customer and to maintain customer satisfaction through proactive account planning, and alignment of customers’ business strategies to product, solution and partner road mapping. Retention of the revenue associated with customers within their portfolio, effective positioning of the specific line of Business value proposition to leverage adoption of our solutions and services necessary to support the customer. Develop relationships with account key decision makers and executive sponsors, participate in regular review meetings with the identified stakeholders as per the governance plan. Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans that further existing account adoption and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts. Ensure adoption of both products and features for purchases solutions. Expand business process automation. Increase the customer’s usage of their contracted cloud applications up to and beyond the entitlements that they have. Develop client specific, achievable KPI’s and ensure the client is working towards achieving these, providing guidance, and identifying help as needed. Meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals for account portfolio including but not limited to renewals, subscription software expansion, Digital Transformation; Creation and Execution of Digital Transformation 3-5 Year Road Mapping. Maintain a close working relationship with other regional business teams in support of global customers and corporate

functions necessary to support all assigned accounts. Drive successful renewals (including accurate forecasting of renewals) and using in depth knowledge of customers, drive growth opportunities in partnership with assigned Account Executives. Drive opportunity development (including growth and qualification of pipeline in conjunction with assigned Account Executives) and accurate forecasting of the renewal and network growth opportunities. Manage new account assignment into portfolio. 30% travel required.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study and 6 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.


Work Experience: 

Experience must involve 4 years in the following: SAP Business Technology Platform/SAC product domain experience; Drive the experience of customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations; Help customers create success blueprints, BTP playbooks, UX modernization and lead Custom app development/ extension wrt S4, ECC extension, NW Gateway; Architecture lead engagement to make SAP P&T Standard in customers architectures; Play technical trusted advisor “Cloud Solution Architect” through providing “To-Be” State Architecture workshops, best practices, VIP webinars, and driving Re-platforming discussions with Customers; Collaborate with all stakeholders in an organization touched by BTP from technical/developers to business owners to C-level executives; Demonstrate the value of Business Technology Platform (BTP) Cloud Solutions / SAP Analytics Cloud solution to extend use case adoption of the platform, able to help customers with enablement of BTP Services, pre-packaged content, oData , SAP mobile Services, Fiori apps, iOS SDK; Create SAP BTP reference architecture and upload to internal architecture asset repository; Position SAP BTP on technical significance and value to drive expansion within Customer accounts and Projects, lead S4HANA Extensibility project placing BTP as core differentiator; lead critical engagements with customers on functional and technical areas; Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software with a focus on BTP Innovations and Extensions, RPA, SAP iRPA; Build SAP Value accelerators, Tools to increase S4HANA Fiori UX implementation lifecycle.
