Our Partners are key to our customers' success - adding business expertise, rich solution capabilities, speed of adoption and improved scale. 

SAP North America has established a Partner Advisory function as part of the Customer Innovation Office (CInO).  The organizational goal for Partner Advisors is to connect SAP North American selling teams with our partner ecosystem to:

  1. Establish alignment with focus on North America
  2. Drive unique Partner capabilities into North America deals, influencing revenue
  3. Scale CInO talent

SAP’s North America Partner Advisors lead the effort to increase our impact in front of customers in terms of both scale and effectiveness through partners. Each Partner Advisor actively develops relationships and knowledge of partners within the critical domain areas such as BTP, HXM, ISM, DSC and Finance/Order2Cash. Partner Advisors strive to match the right partner and/or solution to a customer’s specific needs. As an investment in our partner relationships, Partner Advisors bridge the gap between differentiating partner capabilities and customer needs to influence decisions.

Partner Advisor Role (Finance / Order 2 Cash)

Partner Advisors work with all appropriate partners within the partner ecosystem and an assigned buying center. Partner Advisors works to identify, develop, and leverage partner expertise - driving partner intelligence to the extended selling team. In addition, Partner Advisors collaborate with North America and Global Partner facing organizations to leverage partner capabilities and selling strengths.

The Partner Advisor is responsible for the following:

  • Build and maintain market unit relationships to understand where the need for partner engagement exists
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate partner differentiated strengths & capabilities
  • Educate CInO and field teams regarding Partner capabilities and assets
  • Drive Partner capabilities into North America deals, influencing revenue and scaling CInO talent
  • Support Market Units opportunities with Partner differentiating assets
  • Align partner on CINO strategic initiatives (i.e. Chorus, 123SAP, etc.)
  • Evangelize differentiated partner capabilities & innovations
  • Curate & position go-to-market assets
  • Serve as the key partner contact within the buying center representing CInO and a given buying center

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant sales/presales/industry/partner experience 
  • Possess knowledge of enterprise software and related markets  
  • Possess knowledge of SAP Core S4/HANA solutions with a focus on Finance and Order to Cash 
  • Strong business, sales, and industry acumen 
  • Experience interacting and engaging at senior levels within the ecosystem 
  • Knowledge of both S/4HANA Public Cloud and OnPrem/PCE
  • Program/project management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters, MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Program/project Management: Ability to structure and manage cross-organizational initiatives by packaging and scaling process, approaches and deliverables.
