As part of the team strategically focused on our employees and managers, the candidate for this role will bring a fresh perspective, precision judgement and bias for innovation. This role will build a comprehensive strategy that ensures the delivery of high-quality communications to activate the company’s purpose with our key employee and manager audiences.

About the team: 

People Protect, Global Physical Security is the primary stakeholder for physical security operations in the SGS Organization. A core foundation provides a secure environment for SAP's workforce, including its facilities, employees, assets, brand, and intellectual property. GPS accomplishes this through our eight corporate Security Program Areas: Governance and Corporate Programs, Technical Engineering, Specifications and Standards, Operations, Protection and Risk, Intelligence, Corporate Investigations, Crisis Management, Travel Security, Event Security and Personnel Protection, Awareness and Enablement and Data Center Physical Security.

Position Responsibilities:

-Develop and Implement a global communication strategy in partnership with Global Head
- Lead and support employee communications projects aligned with enterprise and security    priorities
- Build and develop strong relationships and across communications and business partners, in particular with the communication teams
- Constantly obsess over the employee audience to determine the right content and engagement strategy
 -Develop strategies and messaging to reach employees audiences no matter where they are
- Manage and/or produce content for company digital channels (i.e. stories, photography, video, social posts, etc.) in partnership with training and enablement managers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans
- Experience with digital communications
- Experience creating content for internal and external audiences
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently

- Change Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working in a large, global company with a diverse employee population
- Experience working in employee/manager communications or a similar internal  communications role

Typical Education/Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
