Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Business Services Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive and execute core central IT functions, e.g. Rollout of Policies and Governance, Training, Communication, Coaching, KPI definition and Measurement.

Expectations and Tasks:

Assures that the IT Governance topics are covered within the IT projects, IT products and IT internal processes in an appropriate way. Supports escalations where necessary. Manages and supports the development of strategies that enable the achievement of corporate objectives and provides transparency on those. Plans, conceives, implements and tracks strategic and operational Change Management measures. Works closely with business to identify business requirements & needs for the provided services. Maintains a holistic view of the overall IT business service portfolio.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Work Experience:

Experience must involve one (1) year in the following:

• Reporting, KPI definition and measurement;
• Communication/Customer Management;
• Project & Program Management;
• Process & Portfolio Management;
• SAP support model;
• Service Level Agreement;
• Escalation Management; and
• Skill Management & Learning.

Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted from within the continental US.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 to $141,030. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,133 to $156,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
