Purpose and Objective:  
SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Business Services Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to cooperate closely with the customer’s technology and business stakeholders and act as the voice of the client within SAP.

 

Expectations and Tasks: 
Act as escalation point for all issues about the ECS engagement while planning and coordinating ECS-related requests. Establish contact with the customer's Management / C-Level and act as a trusted advisor to grow the business by driving the client’s digital transformation and generating higher customer value. Share monthly / quarterly reporting on the Service Level with the customer and advice on new services or other developments within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that increase the business value for the customer. Set up the engagement and manage all engagement delivery lifecycle phases after contract signature (onboarding, transition, stabilization, operations, off-boarding). Ensure operational excellence in contract administration supported by ECS functions (profitability reporting, invoicing, credits, penalties etc.). Identify service improvements and delivery opportunities and realize the value for the client. Continuously increase client-trusted advisor relationships with executives and key stakeholders. Track and report on business growth and upsell throughout the entire engagement lifecycle. 

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: 
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. 

 

Work Experience: 
Experience must involve 4 years in the following:
•    ITIL Methodology;
•    SAP Systems installation, upgrade and migration;
•    System Monitoring;
•    Database Administrator;
•    Linux Administrator;
•    Technical whitepaper and content writing; and
•    RFP or RFQ Response writing.

 

Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted. Position can be based in any U.S. location.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 to $188,672. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $126,000 to $214,400. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
