Role Description: The Integrated Marketing Plan Lead (“Plan Lead”) is responsible for the end-to-end plan for SAP Digital Supply Chain (SAP DSC) related portfolio. The Plan Lead is the main liaison with stakeholders including sales leadership, and builds out the fully integrated strategy for solution, audience, industry, market unit, and partner GTM strategy. The Plan Lead monitors market conditions, target audience, and campaign balance. They provide high level feedback to the Global Demand Center on NA activity and requirements. They determine recommended marketing mix, competitive and market intelligence requirements, audience journey and BOM recommendations, and customer segmentation analytics to optimize marketing’s impact on the business. Additional responsibilities include owning the full budget and allocating the demand generation mix and resourcing. The Plan Lead communicates the portfolio plan and progress as appropriate to groups and individuals both within and outside of NA Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience developing and executing an integrated marketing plan across the full customer lifecycle including responsibility for demand generation, pipeline acceleration and customer adoption marketing.
- Strong experience working with end-to end marketing mix including event, account based, digital, inbound, outbound, and customer marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital channel strategies and marketing funnel performance and optimization strategies.
- Embraces a data-driven mindset and leverages external signals including competitive research, intent signals and account targeting strategies to develop and optimize pipeline generation and conversion programs.
- Experience leading partner enabled and partner-led marketing programs to scale demand generation and customer adoption.
- Deep knowledge and insights on marketing funnel and tactics that aid with demand gen, pipeline acceleration and customer renewals.
- Strong communication & presentation skills, strong stakeholder management skills.
- Cloud enterprise software marketing experience is required.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141800 - 323900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
