PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Help simply and transform Talent Acquisition (TA) by enabling best practices, streamlining processes, and supporting operations within the TA team. Support Strategic Talent Acquisition Projects initially 100% of time, reduced to 50% after 4 months when the intern candidate will start to carry requisitions!

Learn full cycle SAP recruiting process including client facing recruiting, sourcing, branding, diversity, and other divisions of the global team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to build their  career in Talent Acquisition in either recruiting or project managemet.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Project management PMO:

  • Develop tool kits for global TA projects
  • Develop collateral and material for employee referral projects
  • Reporting and metric analysis of recruiting data
  • Create content for TA Newsletter
  • Create monthly Hot Jobs newsletters
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Leading end to end recruiting process (50%)
  • Apply recruiting strategy
  • Foster relationships with internal hiring managers
  • Source, screen and negotiate offers
  • Building relationships with services teams
  • Recruiting systems support

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Prior internship or work experience in a fast paced environment
  • Recruiting or HR experience preferred

 

EDUCATION SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree of currently enrolled in a Master’s program specializing in human resources, or another relatable field preferred
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to scrub and interpret data using formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, and graphs
  • Strong Power Point and graphic design skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • High Initiative and strong independent worker
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
