The Premium Hub – Center of Expertise (CoE) is part of the Success Delivery Center within Cloud Success Services. With our premium offering MaxAttention we establish SAP as the EndToEnd solution provider for building, optimizing, and maintaining innovative software solutions.

Summary: 

The CoE Specialist brings technical and/or application expert knowledge into the project. In co-operation with the front-office team, he/she answers difficult functional or technical questions and executes concrete tasks during the Premium Engagement service delivery. The CoE Specialist takes the full responsibility for the quality of the delivered tasks and is accountable for the success. As part of a global team, you will be working closely with SAP Development and other SAP Teams to assist our customers in an optimal way and to find appropriate solutions. You will perform your analyses either on site at your clients’ locations or remotely from the Backoffice.
CoE provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Through our SAP Support internal training program and "on-the-job training,” you’ll get the ideal preparation and knowledge you need for a successful start and integration into our team.

Experience & Requirements:

• Strong end-to-end business process know-how with Product Knowledge in Retail, Fashion and/or CAR
• Additional functional/technical knowledge in S/4HANA Lead to Cash for Sales or Service
• Experience in Programming, Root Cause Analysis, Performance Optimization
• Very good English skills and able to communicate and convince others based on technical facts
• Willing to travel 40% (after COVID19 restrictions lifted)
• Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills
• University degree in IT, Math, Chemistry,Engineering, Physics or comparable
• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 66,800 - 152,200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
