What you’ll do

Aligning to the Cloud Success Services strategy, the RISE SSA follows the LACE model as an early engagement role. Via a use-case approach, you will advise the field teams and customers by providing advice to support outcome strategies. The role is powered by your personal SAP S/4HANA direct experiences, and leveraging a team of peers and partners for customer success on a RISE journey. 

Opportunity and MU Stakeholders

The RISE SSA serves the South MU CSS Stakeholders from the General Manager down to the Services Account Executive in helping guide a successful outcome. A key metric for the role is the S/4HANA booking performance for the South MU. The metrics also extends into additional SAP Services that are related to RISE for SAP (Swift, Training and Adoption, Industry Templates, PE Services, etc.).

Commercial Accountability 

Provides guidance in adopting and consuming SAP solutions via the services portfolio with professional and consulting services and solutions. Offering a viable commercial approach with SAP Services that support RISE and cloud solutions, the SSA will be responsible for accelerating bookings and revenue targets for focused and assigned services portfolio in conjunction with SAEs.

 

What you bring:

Cloud content and SAP authority are necessary to provide special knowledge and guidance. The selected candidate must bring direct SAP solutions, along with Cloud delivery and implementation approaches to the sales cycle and to drive adoption of the solution-specific portfolio elements.

Provides sales cycle support on S/4HANA services across the LACE including both pre and post-go-live with deep content and prior work experiences derived from SAP Services, SAP Licenses, and/or an SAP Partner (system integrator, hyperscaler, SAP competitor, etc.).

Expected Experience

  • Strong knowledge of key SAP Service portfolio and offerings for Cloud
  • Preferred consulting knowledge in one or more of the Cloud solution areas including S/4HANA, HXM, ISBN, CX, & BPI, and BTP 
  • Experiences in delivering/implementing / positioning solutions in new areas 
  • Technical Architecture (cloud) knowledge preferred
  • Track record of solution selling supported by value/outcome experience 
  • Successful opportunity development (including growth and qualification of pipeline
  • Overall SAP Corporate Strategy and SAP Product Strategy Knowledge 

Education

Bachelor or Master's Degree preferred (MBA would be advantageous)
