Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP and Business AI Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will serve as an architect and advisor specializing in SAP Business AI engagements, with a focus on data, advanced analytics, and AI/ML use cases. You will work with a variety of SAP business applications, including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement, to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business value.

This position demands comprehensive end-to-end architecture expertise combined with outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business and IT teams, defining AI-driven strategies and data roadmaps tailored to their needs.
• Develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions integrating data from SAP and non-SAP sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement solutions that leverage BTP AI services such as Document Information Extraction, Data Attribute Recommendation, etc.
• Manage end-to-end implementations, ensuring successful delivery through all project phases, from preparation to go-live.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SAP Business AI advancements, enabling customers to leverage AI and advanced analytics for competitive advantage.
• Work closely with global teams (nearshore/offshore) to provide seamless and scalable implementation experiences.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 8 years of consulting experience in data, advanced analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business AI strategy, architecture, and solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture, Clean Core, and cloud-first strategies.
• Proficiency in BTP AI services.
• Hands on experience with public cloud solutions like SAP Datasphere, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• End-to-end implementation experience, from defining business requirements to deploying impactful solutions.
• Hands-on experience in application development frameworks.
• Programming expertise in Python or similar languages.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE and SAP GROW.
• Ability to support pre-sales activities, including resource modeling and effort estimation.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 105200- 228300 USD USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
