PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The NS2 Mission Control Center (MCC)/Backoffice (BO) organization managesNS2’s on-premises/cloud support aspects across NS2’s support offerings driving the transformation towards a “one support” experience in close collaboration with the respective leaders of sales, services, support, and marketing. The MCC’s primary goal is to spearhead the entire support process driving customer experience improvement.


ABOUT THE TEAM NS2 MCC Customer Office Core team members are responsible for criticali ncidents and customer management, as well as the proactive safeguarding of top strategic NS2 accounts. The NS2 MCC/BO Customer Office will focus on end-to-end customer satisfaction, retention, and act as an official input channel for the prioritization of continuous improvement initiatives.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Understand the NS2 Mission Control Center ecosystem and how it interacts with other NS2 organizations and the SAP Support organization.
  • Work with the NS2 Mission Control Center team to support project training andprocess building.
  • Bring a fresh set of eyes to the current processes and procedures to suggest possible improvements and optimizations.
  • At the end of the internship, you will deliver a 15-minute presentation to the team on the relevant topic of your choice.
  • Support the team in developing and documenting of Process and Procedures,Training, Reporting and support of NS2 Customers and executive teams

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
