What You'll Do:

As a SAP Transformation Hub Specialist, you will collaborate with experienced Enterprise Architects (many with over two decades of experience) to guide our customers' transformations and their journey to becoming an Intelligent Enterprise. This role offers a unique opportunity for a steep learning curve, as you can tap into the vast experience of the people you will be working with. You will complete an onboarding period to learn about SAP's Enterprise Architecture approach, and together with your colleagues in the Transformation Hub, you will:

• Apply methodology to develop transformation strategies that align with our customers' business and IT objectives.
• Evaluate and define future IT landscapes based on the latest SAP product & innovation portfolio and roadmaps, in partnership with our customers' transformation teams.
• Aid in refining and evolving architecture service content & methodologies.

The role will combine customer facing service deliveries with activities for internal enablement, delivery support and concept work. 

Expectations and Tasks: 

• Quickly learn SAP's Product & Innovation portfolio and methodologies 
• Progress towards delivering architecture services to SAP’s global customer base.
• Improve and advance the service methodology, which includes documenting and collecting insights from the deliveries for re-use by the service development groups, to further enhance the service concepts and service content.
• Create enablement materials such as videos or e-learning.
• Establish a network within SAP Services as well as SAP Engineering, build up strategic working relationships across multiple global locations.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field (must be completed by July 1st of 2024). 
• Prior internship or full time experience is required. Prior SAP iXp internship experience is preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of industry processes in areas of Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or any other line of business is required. 
• Robust problem-solving skills and innovative thinking skills are required. 
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer sites is required.
• Proficient written and spoken English language skills are required.

• The successful candidate must be based in, or relocate to, Newtown Square PA (outside Philadelphia). 
• The successful candidate must be available to start work between July and October 2024.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 44,100 - 98,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
