We are searching for a passionate Intern, who enjoys working on meaningful projects and is energized by lifelong learning, to add value to the Learning Engagement team as we engage and enable our key audiences.  


What you’ll do: 


Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Learning Communications Specialist  

Location: Virtual USA

Expected Start Date: July 2021

Contract Duration: 6 months


In this role, you’ll: 


  • Support development and execution of integrated communications plans  
  • Conduct market research and channels analysis 
  • Support event planning and execution 
  • Support newsletter creation 
  • Review, edit and write blog posts as well as conduct research for blog articles 


Who you are: 


We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 


Excellent communication skills including: 

  • Fluent in both oral and written English 
  • Business writing skills aimed at employees 
  • Understands how to message across different lines of business and cultural boundaries 
  • Able to turn ideas and concepts into visually relevant and effective collateral 
  • Understand and can implement change management/communications initiatives 
  • Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills. Basic Excel skills 
  • Project management skills 
  • Video creation skills a plus 
  • Working marketing knowledge and experience 
  • Research and analysis experience 
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Organized, detail-oriented and can manage time effectively with top-notch prioritization skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be currently enrolled or graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program and available to work 40 hours per week – Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or English preferred
