What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Platforms Development & Product Ownership

 

Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square

 

Expected start date: November 2024

 

Duration: 12 months

 

Working hours: Part-time - Full-time ( 20 - 40 hrs./week)

 

 

This supporting role is responsible for assisting in the management of digital capabilities, run and build operations, communications, and program management for various projects and platforms. The position will support the evolution of digital capabilities and execute assigned requests, driving projects to completion through close collaboration with core team members and leadership to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality digital products. This will include managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders across business and IT, delivering breakthrough customer experiences, digital sophistication, and product areas with the highest business value. Activities will lead to agile and incremental delivery leading to more value exchange for our customers both in the short and long run fulfilling SAP’s bold transformational agenda.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Assist in the support of planning of development projects 
  • Understand and document client needs while providing and executing technical recommendations  
  • Establish working relationships to provide a positive client experience with development staff 
  • Assist with sap.com agile ceremonies and planning  
  • Leverage tools and technology for the management of your work 
  • Develop digital product expertise

  • Willingness to acquire new skills to meet evolving needs  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and commonly used tools  
  • Basic understanding of Web production tools and content management systems 

 

 

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

 

  • In pursuit of degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Topics of interest 
  • Marketing and Digital Technology, Entrepreneurship, Computer Sciences, Web Development, Marketing & Business, Analytics, User Experience Design, Agile Development, Business Value, Digital Transformation 
  • Related certifications (i.e. PMI, Adobe: AEM, Target, Launch, AAM, Analytics or other 
  • Other Technology and tools experience: Microsoft, JIRA, WRIKE, Figma, Frontify, Metadata,  
  • Development Methodologies: Agile, SAFe 
  • Content management experience a plus 
  • Development Skills 
  • HTML & CSS. 
  • Javascript. 
  • TypeScript. 
  • Frameworks and Libraries. 
  • CSS Preprocessors. 
  • Responsive Design. 
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility. 
  • Version Control. 
  • UX, design experience a plus 
  • Relevant experience in study or similar position managing production processes and workflow 
  • Digital mindset, Innovative thinker, and Technically Savey  
  • Drive for knowledge and relationships building

The SAP Digital Platforms team is responsible for customer-facing digital touchpoints and capabilities, serving end-to-end user experiences supporting 47 countries globally. Digital Experience Solutions, Digital Platforms leadership is looking for an Intern to support the build and run operations for SAP‘s digital landscapes and associated program activities for properties that include: SAP.com, Search.sap.com, PartnerEdge.sap.com, Support.sap.com, Developer.sap.com, campaign and microsite environments.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 0 - 0(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
