What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Employee Onboarding
Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square
Expected start date: June 2025
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week)
- Ensure a welcoming and engaging process for our new hires as you support the delivery of our marquee Welcome Onboarding Week events
- Logistical support for our in-person events, including but not limited to:
- Working with internal teams to secure rooms, catering, equipment, networking events, etc
- Providing a welcoming environment, communication of local guidelines, and supporting with on-site questions, tracking attendance, etc
- Support the production of sessions and lead engaging activities to ensure continuous learning for our new hires
- Building relationships with on-site leaders and speakers, creating an atmosphere of gratitude for our volunteers, and working with facilitators to ensure speakers are enabled and prepared for their sessions
- End-to-end process management support
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end onboarding process through ticket support, class scheduling, and proactive engagement and communication with new hires through all the elements of the program
- Work on continuous improvement projects to support our new hires
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's student
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program.
- Must be able to work Full-time hours to support welcome onboarding week (M-F 8 am – 5 pm)
- Looking for someone creative who thinks outside the box and brings new ideas to the table
- Must be outgoing, looking out for people who look “alone,” and supporting our new hires.
- Detail oriented, agile, and flexible.
- Willing to learn and grow, share your knowledge, and build your network.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62SAP North America Benefits.
USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
