What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Grow Public Cloud ERP - Expertise Services Team

Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square

Expected start date: June 2025

Duration: 12 months until June 2026 

Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week)

• Work with operations & marketing stakeholders to automate and report on end-to-end tasks related to events, reporting, promotion, community, and ad-hoc leadership requests
• Work with key stakeholders to learn and understand the required SAP internal tools and processes needed for planning, scheduling, executing, and reporting on Expertise Services events portfolio and calendar, both Partner facing and SAP internal
• Build a network with other iXp interns inside and outside of the team as a way to accelerate learning and increase opportunities for growth within your role
• Present results to stakeholders using the most up-to-date and creative storytelling tools.  
  • Experience with the following tools is preferable for reporting and data collation: MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, the MS Power Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite is preferable for marketing-related promotion work as well as the goal of full alignment with SAP's strategy and marketing requirements, which will require attending SAP Brand events cadence and networking with SAP Brand stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis
• Manage sensitive data with discretion and full compliance with GDPR guidelines
• Develop and apply strong team communication skills
• SAP Business Suite skills are an advantage with a desire to embrace the SAP Cloud strategy and grow cloud product knowledge through a learning and certification journey

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's student
• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
• A candidate who can communicate, concisely, and with discretion when required, to a variety of global stakeholders both in-person and virtually  
• Ideally, this candidate will know multimedia and social network professional communication 
• Team-oriented mindset with an ability to work independently when required
• A focused candidate, willing to embrace challenges and to meet delivery deadlines when asked
• Capable of critical, analytical thinking, understanding how data and business goals relate
• A candidate who shows initiative, perseverance, curiosity, and a work ethic

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Expertise Services is a team that supports all post-sales customer-facing roles (whether SAP internal or Partner Ecosystem) in the SAP GROW Public Cloud ERP transformation journey.

We focus on scaling out knowledge globally, working closely with other SAP experts from multiple teams. 

We curate, deliver, package and ship content with the most up to date SAP platforms, methodology, and tools. Our offerings include a private community for our internal colleagues and SAP Partners and a complete portfolio of tailored workshops, some of which we deliver regularly, others on demand. Our events are formatted to cater to an audience of a few hundred or individual clients.

We are a global team working around the clock from Australia, Greater China, India, Africa, Europe, and North America.

• We reside in the Customer Services & Delivery Board area, where we work with “GROW with SAP” ERP and Business Suite consultants, and with colleagues of the partner ecosystem

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
