PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 

 

We are looking for exceptional motivated senior SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) consultants to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Intelligent Delivery Group practice.  SAP Intelligent Delivery Group practice teams are tight-knit groups with dynamic individuals fully committed to customer and partner success.  As active members of project implementation teams’ successful candidates will demonstrate product knowledge of SAP SOM processes within the SAP BRIM solution and actively participate in full project implementation life cycle tasks. 

 

The BRIM Senior Consultant, Subscription Order Management, will report directly to the Director - Quote to Cash & BRIM.  Our vision is to drive business value and successful outcomes for SAP customers who implement SAP SOM processes with the SAP BRIM solution. The Intelligent Delivery Group practice teams help customers to understand how best to leverage, their SAP BRIM implementation and sustain quote to cash processes for the industries in which they operate.  This SAP Subscription Order Management senior consultant will drive innovation, and guide customer transformations with excellent product knowledge and confidence. 

  

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 

 

  • Define customer requirements and perform fit / gap analysis to standard SAP SOM processes within the SAP BRIM solution. 
  • Deep understanding of quote to cash processes for order management including master data, solution quotes, subscription orders, subscription contracts, and product modeling for SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution. 
  • Experience with the SAP S/4HANA Subscription Order Management module is a required.  Experience with SAP CRM Subscription Order Management module is an acceptable substitute. 
  • Basic understanding of the configuration and standard features and functions for SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution is mandatory. 
  • Active participation and leadership in customer design workshops is expected.  
  • Ability to translate design documentation into business process flows, functional specification documents and configuration documents is expected. 
  • Experience creating test scripts and executing testing in the quote to cash area for SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution is mandatory. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required 
  • This customer facing role requires 85-100% travel. 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

 

  • BS / BA degree required 
  • Solution Manager or SAP Activate certification preferred 

  

WORK EXPERIENCE 

 

  • 3-5 years consulting implementation experience preferably in the quote to cash scenario for SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution.  Combined experience with other SAP product solutions will be considered. 
  • SAP Industry Solution experience preferred (Telecommunications, Utilities etc.) for SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution. 
  • Project experience including 2-3 full cycle implementations is mandatory 
  • List SAP BRIM projects, including customer and other SAP resources you have worked with on those projects
