As Senior Product Specialist you will be responsible for rolling out target-group specific information about SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Focus Run including:

• Strategy updates
• Product-specific information
• Event promotion and summaries

Additional responsibilities include:

• Serving as a subject matter expert in product functionality and applications
• Identify and use the best communication channels such as social media, SAP Community blogs, newsletters, videos, podcasts, etc.
• Conducting software product demonstrations to customers or internal colleagues
• Assisting the sales and marketing teams with technical inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Network and collaborate with other communication teams in our L1 area to maximize overall reach
• Work with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement and innovation
• Attending industry events, workshops, and presentations to network with customers and boost brand awareness

As the rollout initiative for North America is underway, we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate passion for our products, engage effectively and creatively with a range of stakeholders, and who possesses persuasive communication skills. A successful Senior Product Manager will be able to elevate our brand and build strong, trust-based relationships with our customers and colleagues for years to come.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, communications or a degree in a related field.
• 5+ years working experience in product management or communications.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, additional languages welcome.
• Visual design and presentation creation skills 
• Strong passion, professionalism, and dedication in developing compelling stories for innovation and technology topics
• Insights and good understanding of SAP products and services

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 129800 - 220900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
