Services Senior Account Executive – Working Capital Management

 

Overview:

Part of the Finance & Spend solution area, the Working Capital Management (WCM) CoE brings our vision for end-to-end working capital and treasury management to life. Together with Taulia, an SAP entity, the CoE works with the different teams at SAP to position our WCM solutions towards Chief Procurement Officers, Chief Financial Officers and Treasurers. Taulia and SAP help customers gain better access to liquidity, improve their cash flow and make their supply chains more resilient.  

 

The Working Capital Senior Account Executive will be responsible to position implementation services for SAP Taulia to drive fast time-to-market for our customers and ensure timely adoption. In this role, a close collaboration with the SAP Taulia implementation team as well as various SAP stakeholders is essential to strategically position the SAP Taulia services offering.

 

The role will also require a partner minded approach to ensure collaboration between the customer implementation partners and the SAP services function. The role is also responsible for tracking the solution entitlement for customers and ensure a timely positioning of implementation and post-sale activation services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted long-term customer relationships, delivering ongoing value and success aligned with customer needs
  • Understand and integrate customer's business goals and outcomes into strategic plans, ensuring full visibility of provisioning, adoption, and renewal for Working Capital Management solutions
  • Develop and manage a robust R4Q pipeline, aligning with customer requirements and internal strategies for future success
  • Work closely with SAP account teams and SAP Taulia specialists to position implementation and adoption services proactively to drive adoption and a path for sustainable transaction revenue growth
  • Accelerate adoption and consumption of SAP Taulia Services to secure continuous engagement
  • Support design of new services to drive adoption

Basic Requirements:

  • 4+ years professional experience in Customer Success and/or Services Sales roles
  • Good understanding of Finance processes, ideally with deeper domain expertise in Treasury, Working Capital Management and/or Financial Services Industry
  • Strong capabilities to build trusted relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and partners
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Team player and networker, can make change happen in virtual team settings

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 186,800 - 397,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
