SAP North America Regional CoE(Center of Expertise) is part of the Intelligent Delivery Group within Customer Success. With our premium ‘Max-Attention’ offering, we establish SAP as an end-to-end solution provider for building, optimizing, maintaining innovative software solutions and allows our customers to accelerate their digital transformation journeys in becoming intelligent enterprises.


The CoE Engineer brings technical and/or application expert knowledge to deliver remote/onsite services together with our experts and focus on system optimization, conceptual planning as well as empowering the customers with newest best practice knowledge.

CoE Engineer takes full responsibility for the quality of the delivered tasks and is accountable for the success, this involves analysis of highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogenous system landscapes in Order-to-Cash and related processes.

As part of a global team, you will be working closely with SAP Development and other SAP Teams to assist our customers in an optimal way and to find appropriate solutions. CoE provides you opportunities to work on a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Through our SAP internal and on-the-job training program, you will get an ideal preparation for a successful start and integration into our team.


Required Experience:

• Must have strong end-to-end business process know-how with Product Knowledge in S/4HANA Order to Cash, Sales or Service.

• Additional functional / technical knowledge in any of the following areas is strongly desired: Advanced Variant Configuration / Variant Configuration, Advanced Return Management, Advanced Available-to-Promise / Available-to-Promise, Sales Analytics, Direct-to-Store Delivery / Last Mile Distribution for Direct Distribution, IS-OIL, Pricing.

• Additional knowledge in any of the following areas is nice to have: S/4HANA key user extensibility tools, BTP extension tools and Application Interface Framework.

• Experienced in programming, OTC data model, root cause analysis and performance optimization.

• Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills to convince customers and other stake holders based on facts.

• Willingness to travel 50% (after COVID19 restrictions lifted).

• Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills.
