The mission of the Skill Management team is to design innovative training solutions that will foster the development of a high-performance consulting workforce. As an intern, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop a wide range of professional & technical skills and be mentored by the best and brightest thought leaders in the company.

You will have the opportunity to learn:

You will be responsible for supporting our internal consulting training initiatives by:

  • Working extensively on our internal social collaboration platforms (blogs, wikis and forums)
  • Managing and hosting our innovation webcas
  • Organizing and supporting our technology training events 
  • Facilitating rewards and recognition for our communities of practice
  • Researching and testing new software solutions
  • Preparing dashboard and reports based on training KPIs
  • Brainstorming solutions to enhance internal processes 
  • Reviewing and editing consulting project documents including case studies and white papers


The ideal candidates have a combination of technical skills mixed with business acumen and creativity.   Candidates should be a team player, have good writing/communication and organization skills and passion for technology and business.

  • This Intern role is paid part-time. You MUST be eligible to work approximately 20 hours per week in Australia.
  • You MUST be available to work for nine months from April 2021 for 2.5 days each week.
  • Candidates MUST be enrolled in an undergraduate degree 
  • Must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or post-graduate degree
  • Must NOT have an ongoing full-time work experience
  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident
