Associate Consultant for SAP Global Training Support (Temporary less 6 month fixed salary)

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Products & Innovations drives all of SAP’s product development to rethink the world with software by developing ground-breaking technologies and applications.

Knowledge Transfer & Education is responsible for the development and delivery of the latest enablement material for all SAP products and solutions and we are industry-leading in Learning & Education trends. Our team develops and operates all infrastructure and applications which are required for SAP Product Trainings.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an Associate Consultant for SAP Global Training Support in Manila, Philippines you will work in a multi-national and globally distributed team:

 

  • You support instructor led as well as self-paced trainings
  • You solve technical issues for our training customers via ticketing tool, telephone and chat channel
  • You work closely together with an international team of System Architects, IT Support, SAP Trainers and Course Developers
  • You align and coordinate your work with internal global stakeholders across first, second and third level support
  • You test course exercises at the end of the course development cycle
  • You deliver all customer services with high quality

 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Open, friendly and has a service-oriented behavior on the phone and via email
  • Proven skills in customer communication and incident resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and technical operations
  • Has good probing and problem-solving skills
  • Professional user of MS Office (Power Point, Outlook, XLS, Skype, Teams, One Note)
  • You are willing to work in shifting schedules as well as weekends and on holidays

 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Products
  • Experience in working with global and virtual teams
  • Experience in service desk and ticket handling process
