Technical Quality Manager_

Purpose and Objective of Job:

For the execution of our premium support services we are looking for Technical Quality Manager (TQM) working onsite at our customer's premises. As a TQM you will act as SAP's front office lead within the customer's IT・Project organization. You will architect the service plans to the customer's needs and head the service delivery. You will be involved in the customer's SAP projects as a supervisor from SAP's point of view, thus proactively safeguarding implementations, upgrade and supporting operation improvement. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain a trustful and cooperative relationship between the customer and SAP on project level.

 

Expectations and task of the job:

As TQM, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Understand the customer's solution landscape and business processes
  • Acquire the role of a trusted advisor inside the customer organization
  • Create detailed engagement and service delivery plans and drive their execution
  • Understand SAP premium engagement’s services and methodologies
  • Conceptualize, execute and track projects that are in line with our organizational framework
  • Coordinate involvement of SAP Support resources onsite and in the back office
  • Identify top issues, define action plan accordingly and drive the resolution process
  • Report to management and executive level

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • SAP Technology/ Basis, Application experience
  • SAP consultant or development experience (SAP Project Manager or Operation manager experience preferred)
  • Excellent customer / escalation management skills
  • Proven ability to work with customers on project- and senior management level
  • Japanese native
  • Fluency in English

SAPプレミアムエンゲージメント(プレミアムサポートサービス)において、お客様先に常駐し対応するテクニカルクオリティマネージャ(TQM)を募集しています。 お客様のプロジェクト/IT組織と連携し、SAPプレミアムエンゲージメントを統括するリーダーとして対応していただきます。 TQMはお客様より信頼されるSAPソリューションに精通したアドバイザとして、お客様のニーズ(SAP導入、運用改善、アップグレード)に合わせてサービスプランを設計し、課題の事前回避、早期解決および改善の促進を実現するためのサービスの提供を行います。

 

主要なタスク:

TQMとして、以下のタスクに従事していただきます。

  • お客様のソリューションランドスケープ、ビジネスプロセスを理解する
  • SAPやSAPに関連するトピックにおいて、お客様より信頼される技術的アドバイザ
  • SAPプレミアムエンゲージメントのサービスプラン(実行計画)の作成および提供
  • SAPプレミアムエンゲージメントのサービスおよびサービス方法論を理解する
  • お客様プロジェクトや運用状況を鑑み、サービスチームとの協業、連携
  • SAPコンサルタント、サポートコンサルタントとの協業、連携
  • 最重要課題管理、解決管理
  • お客様、SAP Servicesマネジメント、エグゼクティブへの適切なレポートおよび共有
  •  

スキルおよびコンピテンシー:

  • 大卒以上
  • SAPテクノロジー、ベーシスまたはアプリケーション知識およびいずれかの導入、運用経験
  • SAP関連のプロジェクト、運用マネージャ経験(コンサルタント、開発経験でも可)
  • お客様との関係管理および、SAP社内関係者とのエスカレーション管理
  • コミュニケーション能力(お客様のプロジェクトチーム、シニアマネジメントレベルとの建設的な議論、会話ができる)
  • 日本語(ネイティブ)
  • 英語(業務の会話が可能なレベル)
