AI Portfolio & Ecosystem Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence expert with a strong background in business strategy, product development, and partnerships, ideally in the Human Capital Management software space. The AI Portfolio & Ecosystem Strategist will be responsible for developing SAP SuccessFactors AI product strategy, managing strategic partnerships, and driving growth and innovation in our portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

P  Product Strategy and Development

  • Define and execute the AI product strategy in alignment with SAP-wide and SAP SuccessFactors business and product strategies
  • Develop new AI-led growth strategies within the business, focused on value to HR leaders and organizations that drive competitive advantage
  • Lead the development of AI-based offerings from ideation to launch, built with the combination of homegrown and 3rd party technologies
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

 

E  AI Ecosystem Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the combination of product development and partnerships to enhance our product offerings and market reach
  • Analyze trends and market opportunities to ensure SAP SuccessFactors develops and sustains competitive advantage through AI technology
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify core competencies and accelerate the delivery of built-here AI capabilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Go-To-Market teams to drive field engagement and customer adoption
  • Collaborate with partner ecosystem teams to advance & manage strategic AI partnerships
  • Collaborate with corporate development to identify strategic investment and M&A candidates

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management / HR software space
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, AI development, and business development roles
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and applications in the HR space is required
  • Strong track record for developing and executing upon successful product strategies and business growth plans focused on new products and market expansion
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

 

NOTE: You must live within 40 miles of an SAP office and be able to work at least 3 days each week in the Palo Alto office.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 242300 - 448400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
