Within the SAP Customer Experience Business Unit, Expert Services plays a crucial role to proactively drive and safeguard implementations for success and continuous adoption. Whether it is safeguarding strategic customers and lighthouse projects, sharing best practices, introducing new solutions or enabling the eco-system, the key goal is to drive customer success with adoption and customer satisfaction, leading to references and cloud license renewal.
As a technology consultant, you deliver your technical expertise and experience in all phases of the product and customer engagement lifecycle – from contract closure through implementation, go-live, continuous operation, renewal or expansion of C/4HANA solutions.
Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, you are always on the cutting edge of the latest technology and features in the SAP Customer Experience portfolio, with focus on SAP Sales and Service Cloud. This presents an ideal opportunity to always be current with the very latest SAP has to offer.
As a member of this team you will advise and guide our customers and partners, identify technology trends and customer needs to help the solution & product management teams with the ongoing product development. In addition, you will share your experience with the internal and external consulting community, to guarantee customer satisfaction.


  • Support Service Delivery Managers in qualifying customer requests:  define scope, timeline and effort of service engagement
  • Deliver expert services to customers, partners or internal stakeholders
  • Support critical customer situations and/or de-escalations with the focus on product and implementation challenges
  • Enablement and knowledge transfer of best practices to internal and external parties with the goal of growing the ecosystem
  • Architect appropriate solution strategies through the analysis and understanding of business requirements
  • Develop and maintain a deep expert knowledge in the areas of SAP Sales and Service Cloud, along with new emerging technologies and additions to the SAP solution portfolio
  • Advise customers, partners and colleagues on functions and features in the areas of extensibility, integration, data migration, performance, etc.
  • Communicate and advise customers and partners across project organizations, hierarchy levels and cultures


  • University degree in computer science, comparable education or job experience
  • Work experience in SAP environment
  • Project / customer / consulting expertise
  • CRM domain knowledge
  • Complex business software implementation experience
  • Hands on experience with SAP Sales Cloud (formerly known as SAP Cloud for Customer)
  • Capabilities in performance analysis of different SAP Sales and Service Cloud scenarios
  • Customer goal and solution oriented, technology knowledgeable, eager to learn 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills (both verbal & written)
  • Although the majority of our services are conducted remotely, some as-needed travel is required (0-20%)
