What you'll do: 

As a Content Design Ops, Content Enablement specialist at SAP, you'll support a team that specializes in creating onboarding and continued learning experiences using the WalkMe platform. Your role is focused on enabling teams across SAP, including content designers and user assistance writers, to learn the WalkMe platform and build content. You bring experience with the different content types available in WalkMe and their strategic uses. You’ll assist teams in determining appropriate migration paths for existing in-app help as appropriate. You’ll also be a key player in building out strategic foundations for a strong content design practice at SAP by interacting with stakeholders from across the company.  

 

What you bring: 

You bring a background in digital adoption, with WalkMe experience preferred. You have a knack for providing clarity in complex situations and managing cross functional stakeholders. You have a good understanding of how content interacts with business strategy. 

You have many of the following characteristics: 

  1. You have a high-level, holistic, and human-centered view of content’s role in the customer experience and can articulate the importance of content in how a customer interacts with a product or service 

  1. You are skilled in building cross-functional alignment 

  1. You have a passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of content design to elevate experiences to a new level 

  1. 7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or content strategy; relevant experience managing digital adoption projects 

  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related technical field such as Computer Science or Design 

 

Expectations and tasks: 

  • Program Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to scale our implementation of WalkMe across SAP 

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital adoption goals and strategies 

  • Governance: Help to manage and advocate for content design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all our content outputs 

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with content designers, user assistance writers, UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content seamlessly into product experiences 

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our digital adoption processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 136300 - 283400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
