SuccessFactors Inc. seeks a Developer at our Palo Alto, CA location responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team.
Expectations and Tasks:
Resolve complex issues within own area of expertise, as well as supports others in resolving issues. Show initiative and drive topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency. Share expertise to ensure product success and also share advanced overall product and technical knowledge within and across Development team. Act as a SCRUM Master, and be responsible for ensuring that Scrum is understood and put into practice properly. Act as a servant-leader for the Product Owner and Development Team, facilitate Scrum events on request, and coach the Development Team in self-organization. Remove impediments on the Development Teams progress. 10% travel required.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study and 5 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 2 years of experience.
Work Experience:
Experience must involve 2 years in the following: Java, JavaScript; HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery; Struts, Spring MVC, Ibatis; Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC; JMS, Hibernate, SQL; and Spring Boot, Kafka, Swagger, SAP UI5, HANA Sql, Docker, Splunk. 10% travel required.
