About Your Opportunity

You’ll shape a culture of invention, revolutionize the way we design, and push the boundaries of user experience. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating transformative experiences across all SAP product suites, collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering and product. You’ll help lead UX strategy, crafting bold, intuitive experiences that set new standards and push boundaries. Design will be a key driver in shaping our systems, empowering AI, and creating impactful experiences that transform organizations. 

With your storytelling and prototyping expertise, you’ll communicate ideas clearly while ensuring they are visionary and feasible. You’ll be the driving force of change, setting new standards for design and shaping the culture around it, empowering others to follow your lead. Through your obsession for craft, attention to detail, and creating delightful experiences, you’ll align strategies, optimize workflows, and push design forward, revolutionizing how organizations streamline their operations and experience across the entire SAP product suite.

By working closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, product, research, and data analysts, we align strategies, drive change, and optimize flows, features, and the overall product vision to create exceptional user experiences.

• Shape the platform experiences roadmap by prototyping and pitching new ideas we haven’t even thought of yet while gaining cross-functional buy-in. 

• Convey ideas clearly and persuasively to leadership and executives, fostering collaboration and buy in. 

• You’ll have a “seat at the table”- have strong opinions that influence product development. 

About you:

• 10+ years of design experience, building and shipping high quality products, with a strong focus of UI, good intuition and taste. 

• Deliver successful and intuitive products using best practices, value “consumer based” experience while solving ENT level problems and solutions. 

• Vast experience shipping both 0-1 and 1-n compelling products. 

• A visionary futuristic mindset with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on design trends. 

• Impeccable communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and work effectively with diverse teams. 

• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of design and elevate experiences to a new level. 

• Great passion to constantly be curious about emerging technologies and design trends, a great willingness to experiment with new fresh ideas.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 192500 - 327100(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
