As a Solution Manager you will work with an expert team in a startup-like environment focusing on building of new, cloud-based data privacy and protection compliance solutions as part of the SAP Multi-Cloud portfolio. For enterprises moving their workload into the public cloud, their biggest concerns are around data protection and data privacy in the public cloud. With SAP as a recognized market leader in GRC solutions, SAP is in the best position to lead GRC solutions for enabling sensitive data protection and privacy in the public cloud. To enable such solution for cloud, legal, data security, data sovereignty and data protection topics needs to be thoroughly researched, understood and addressed.


Your primary role will be to work with stakeholders to validate solution concepts, launch and promote adoption to positively influence the customers’ experience and market share, go-to-market readiness, carrying out competitive analysis, support in developing services and processes to facilitate success for our customers. You will build the GTM plan as well as KPI to ensure its successful execution. You will be a facilitator between the customer success team, other SAP units, and customers. You will become a product expert and will share the business value of the solution with customers and internal stakeholders in order to build their success. The role requires deep understanding of cloud technologies, a focus on customer success, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer satisfaction.



  • Build the GTM plan and its KPI, the commercialization process and market entry and ensure their successful enrolment to create reference customers
  • Work with SAP sales representatives, account executives and Customer Success team members for GTM and sales support
  • Support Account Executives in customer deals.
  • Develop strong relationships with the various customer teams, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Manage technical PoC’s, present custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategy, build pricing models
  • Build and execute the enablement plan for SAP sales representatives and SAP industry experts
  • Transfer requirements from customers and prospects to the product team.
  • Develop, define and evolve a holistic Solution Roadmap and Portfolio based on market-based requirements



  • University degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in building all phases of end-to-end GTM plan
  • Proven track record in business development, commercialization, and Go-To-Market of new products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
