About the SAP.iO:

SAP.iO helps innovators start up and scale with SAP. We deliver new partnerships and products for SAP by accelerating and scaling startup innovation as well as incubating employee ventures. SAP.iO brings together innovators from every region, industry, and line of business to transform how businesses run. Since 2017, SAP.iO has helped 300+ startups and ventures accelerate their growth while enabling thousands of SAP customers to access innovation.

The SAP.iO Venture Studio aims to build new growth businesses for SAP powered by employee innovation. You will be working with this team to facilitate their work and bring their vision to life through more realistic prototypes.

We are looking for candidate who:

• Has experience collaborating with UX, Product, marketing, and software partners.
• Take a defined UX idea, refine it and make it operational in ‘code’. Deliver it on schedule using a variety of languages, libraries, and supporting technologies.
• Understand and be fluent in using a broad spectrum of technologies including (but not limited to): Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, Framer, p5js, d3js.
• Experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, adobe creative suite, etc.
• Understand the use of rapid prototyping and user-testing best practice.

Be a team player and be able to present ideas clearly to the group. 

Key Essentials

• MS or equivalent interdisciplinary educational background.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Mastery of a broad set of research methods, e.g., interviews, surveys, usability evaluations, field studies, basic quantitative analyses, online tracking experiments, log-analytic studies, and quantitative analyses. 

Preferred

• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about various and varied domain technology, goals, & use cases 
• Ability to fluidly learn and apply knowledge to functionality etc. of product concepts and/or products to be researched.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 101,300 - 210,000 USD USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
