The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you’ll do:

 

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - West MU Program Management

 

Location: Hybrid - Palo Alto

 

Expected start date: November 2024

 

Duration: 6 -12 months

 

Working hours: part time- 20 hrs./week

 

 

This opportunity will prepare the candidate for a project or program management discipline, with the potential of acquiring experience in, including but not limited to, technical account management (proactive service solutioning, scoping and many aspects of IT service management such as incident management, issue management), technical program management(Focus Technical Quality Management), project management, enterprise architecture, P&L management (revenue forecasting, delivery backlog), account hygiene practices (CRM minimum documentation, QBR, survey maintenance) and value engineering/capture methodologies. The pilot program prepares the candidate for a career in SAP’s Services organization. A possible outcome will be the Technical Quality Manager or Focus Technical Quality Manager track, to support our concierge service "Premium Engagements" offerings such as SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveAttention and SAP Value Assurance.

Educational Requirements:

 

  •  A student enrolled in undergraduate or Graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15- 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
