ABOUT US 
The business operation team is responsible to establish the go to market model in France across line of business. 

 

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The core mission is to establish sales territories and quotas, and pilot the sales execution throughout the quarter. Each operation business partner is responsible of a business area and closely work with sales directors and managers. As part of their duties, they are producing business analysis to enable leaders to pilot their team and sales performance.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Reporting to a senior operation business partner, the candidate will take responsibility of a business area in order to drive:

  • Pipeline management and demand generation
  • Adjust sales territories and quotas
  • Ensure adequate CRM maintenance from sales representatives
  • Assist leaders during quarterly closing activities
  • Develop ad-hoc analysis on sales performance 
  • Annual Sales planning implementation

 

PROFILE/EDUCATION/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You must be a student: A master of business administration or eventually a master of science with business operations experience.
