We help the world run better

Our company culture is focused on helping our employees enable innovation by building breakthroughs together. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from. Apply now!

What you will do:

As Readiness Partner, you hold an essential key to the success of our BASE organization. In creating, deploying, and monitoring our learning journeys, you will help our newbies build confidence and knowhow from zero to hero in an efficient manner. From there, multiple BASE-internal roles and opportunities open demand for next level learning. Whether practical knowhow or advanced skills, you may leverage different approaches to design learning offerings that will continuously empower our team. You therefore contribute to the happiness, engagement, scalability and growth of our team.

In your role, you will work closely with the BASE leadership team, but also with relevant experts from across SAP for knowledge sharing, best practices, and more.

Core tasks include:

  • Own the BASE learning journeys – from the initial onboarding program to each role-specific path
  • Design and execute need-based upskilling or team building events – e.g. BASEkom
  • Help coordinate ad hoc knowledge transfer sessions
  • Work closely with local site-leads and leaders to ensure effective onboarding
  • Engage with content liaisons or agile partners to develop knowledge-related assets and offerings based on expressed and discovered needs
  • Partner with your Readiness & Deployment peers to cross-leverage relevant content and information at all times
  • Consider business timelines when planning sessions or working with support speakers
  • Drive leadership sponsorship for learning and development
  • Investigate learning practices and infrastructures to consistently improve the learning, consumption, and understanding experience
  • Monitor the effectiveness of your respective learning programs and the impact they have on our teams confidence levels
  • Manage/update related assets, sharepoints, communication…

What you bring:

The ideal candidate is curious, pragmatic, with good project management skills and inherent leadership abilities. S/he is a fast learner and easily communicates and connects with people, virtually or in person. In addition, you will bring:

  • Confidence to unite, engage, and inspire participants
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Balance – weighing different levels of input, stakeholders, needs to build effective programs
  • Use your creativity to innovate and discover what can make learning more fun and inclusive
  • A can-do attitude with an empathic mindset
  • Quality-focus – to create or refresh assets for ease of consumption
  • Strong English communication skills
  • A bachelor degree and or equivalent work experience - we are looking for someone with some experience, therefore comfortable in a corporate environment and in navigating and partnering with multiple teams
  • You have the ambition to either grow into a leadership, learning, or senior project management role
