EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Finance Associate – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Concierge serves as a liaison and collaborates closely with multiple teams, including the SAP Procure Travel Pay (PTP), the Global Procurement Organization (GPO), various Risk Domains, Internal and External IT, and other stakeholders within the Procure Travel Pay Process Compliance area. This position's primary goal is to streamline operations and ensure compliance, particularly within the Third Party Risk Management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supplier onboarding process.
- Deliver all standard Concierge activities in a high-quality and timely manner, including:
- Operational tasks, such as triggering assessments and initiating the TPRM process
- Customer Service Support, including Escalation Management, Query Handling, and Mailbox Management
- Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting between internal and external tools, and providing technical support to users of the Process Unity tool
- Reporting, including standard and ad-hoc reports
- Uphold compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Complete tasks within the team's Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators.
- Proactively identify issues and use professional judgment to implement resolutions.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and systems.
- Support organizational automation initiatives.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with all requirements, including local tax and legal rules.
- Actively engage in PTP (Procure-to-Pay), GFS (Global Finance Success), and Manila location initiatives, activities, trainings, and projects.

Education and Qualifications
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Professional Experience
- A minimum of 4-5 years in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with SAP systems and tools, such as SAP GUI, MDG-S, and Ariba.
- Preferred experience with Process Unity tool.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or a global role.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Third Party Risk Compliance processes is a plus.
