About the Role

Join our Global Digital Order-to-Cash (O2C) team as an Order Management and Billing Specialist! This temporary position offers hands-on experience in billing and revenue assurance contributing to operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

· Validate customer contracts for accuracy in services, rates, and clauses.

· Perform root cause analysis on validation failures and implement preventive measures.

· Assist in billing analysis to ensure smooth invoicing processes.

· Create billing cases to resolve discrepancies and initiate invoice corrections.

· Process incoming orders using SAP Concur systems, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.

· Generate invoices and issue credit notes accurately and on time.

· Address internal billing queries within agreed SLAs.

· Collaborate with Sales, IT, Tax, Legal, and other teams to resolve issues.

· Escalate manual errors and system issues promptly, raising IT tickets for long-term solutions.

· Contribute to process automation and simplification initiatives.

Key Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills including reconciliation skills

· Proactive problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· MS Office proficiency

· Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (a plus).

· Familiarity with AI tools for automation (a plus).
