WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a member of the Procure Travel Pay team, you will support the Data Processing Enablement (DPE) and compliance activities within the supply chain globally given by the European Commission. You will act as point of contact for suppliers’ and line of business request.
- Ensure the completion and quality checks of DPE-related questionnaires and requirements
- Support DPE activities to ensure that our legacy suppliers have the accomplished SAP Contractor Agreement on the Commissioned Processing of Personal Data (CDPA)
- Support Vendor Enablement & Service Enablement process
- Upload Data Processing Enablement Agreements & Annexes in Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (Contract Workspace)
- Handling of inquiries from end users, line of business, stakeholders, and external SAP suppliers
- Work to deliver tasks within the team’s Service Level Agreement
WHAT YOU BRING
- You can actively communicate in foreign languages with various stakeholders (written and spoken English is required, other language is an advantage)
- You have knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- You have an attention to detail and written documentation
- You are ready to work in virtual and intercultural teams
- You welcome changes and are ready to participate on our finance transformation journey
- You like to participate in problem solving initiatives with innovative approach
- You have qualities of a team player that shares responsibilities and tasks
- Experience in finance or procurement operations or with SAP Systems (e.g., SAP GUI, Ariba SLP, MDG-S) is an advantage
- You have a strong grasp of code of conduct, business ethics policies and current compliance practices
