Accelerated Adoption Executive (AAE)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Travel: 40%
The Accelerated Adoption Executive role is focused on maximizing the value of that both our customers and SAP receive from our business partnership through the adoption and use of the SAP Business Network.
This AAE role is designed to be closely aligned with the Network Strategy Director to execute Network growth plans targeted at our high potential, high growth Network node customers across the ISBN solution area. To be successful, the role requires a senior professional with the expertise and experience to help the customers and the assigned S-CSP to successfully implement and expand their use of the SAP Business Network.
Task Functions & Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving Network adoption for high value customer accounts with a strong focus on maximizing Network revenue growth.
- Execute customer action plans developed with the NSD that deliver near term results, reduce/eliminate program risk and continue to improve the processes related to our network value proposition.
- Work with the assigned S-CSP to develop and execute quarterly plans that improve Spend adoption and SAP Business yields across assigned customer portfolios.
- Develops and maintains assigned customer program reporting to communicate progress and to help govern the relationship with customer and across SAP. Responsible for quarterly customer Network Health Checks.
- Develops relationships with project sponsors and operational teams in Accounts Payable, Treasury, IT, and Procurement to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Coordinate and participate in quarterly CRR/QBR meetings with the Regional S-CSP in relation to the SAP Business Network.
- Responsible for knowledge management, best practices and leading business commerce enablement strategies specific to the SAP Business Network value proposition.
- Oversees and validates network flight plans for assigned customers.
- Assists customers with transformational change by facilitating and coordinating cross functional involvement with CSS solutions consulting, services delivery and business commerce enablement teams as required.
Professional and Educational Requirements, Job Related Skills
- Seven or more years work experience in Account Management, Consulting or Relationship Management function.
- Excellent program and project management and customer relationship management competencies.
- Proven Leadership experience and problem solving mindset
- General knowledge of collaborative procurement, AP, Treasury and Working Capital management.
- Proven experience with business process transformation and re-engineering disciplines.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skillset and ability to assist CSPs with development of business cases.
- MBA or undergraduate degree in business, finance or supply chain management.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 132,000 - 281,400 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
