Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Network Services Support Specialist
Preferred Locations: Pittsburgh (PA), Alpharetta (GA), flexible US locations
Expected Start: February/March 2025*
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
Duration: 12 Months
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Services Support Specialist to support the SBN CSS senior leadership and team operations. In this role, you will manage highly confidential and time-sensitive correspondence, complex scheduling, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with business initiatives & projects with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is looking for an entry level position into the SAP Business Network services delivery organization, possessing strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality work independently.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects to gain knowledge and experience in the SAP Business Network solution area. We have many opportunities to transform our organization to prepare for significant growth and to support the future of the new SAP Supply Chain Management organization. The Role:

Manage internal and external correspondence with high professionalism
-
Assist in thoughtful managing of the calendar / scheduling and coordinating meetings for members of the SBN CSS senior leadership team, including all logistical preparations (e.g., booking of sufficient meeting rooms) with foresight

Plan, prepare and coordinate senior leadership team meetings and global town hall sessions including facilitation of agenda and speakers and assist with writing content and presentations

Coordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up activities like the timely claiming of all travel expenses
-
Provide administrative support for necessary in-person activities hosted members of the SBN CSS senior leadership team

Proactively & independently manage reminders
-
Managing workflows and monitoring items like vacation requests, purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, organizational charts, etc.

Support in ad-hoc business needs and special projects, as needed
-
Ability to work flexible hours on occasion to support the global team.

Degree or working towards a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Journalism, or Project Management

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15 - 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
