What you'll do


In this role, you will support the technical setup of process mining investigations in the SAP Signavio Intelligence product. 
You will work in a cross-functional team that strives to embody customer focus, collaboration, and trust. We are looking for people who share our passion for creating products Data modelling and automation of business processes
and services that people love to use. To thrive in this role, you appreciate close collaboration, open communication, and holistic solutions.

 

Here are some of the key fields and expected activities in this vital role:

 

  • Provide Process Excellence Services, including Process Documentation, Enablement and Signavio 1st Level Support 
  • Support Internal customers with Signavio requests, questions, and workspace management
  • Contribute to the development of strategic projects aimed at Process Improvement – AI Features in Signavio, Idea Management, Risk Management, KPI/PPI Methodologies, etc.
  • Support Process Management enablement and trainings 
  • Support Process Excellence and Process Documentaiton win Signavio
  • Experience in BPMN 2.0 process documentation (SAP Signavio) 
  • Experience in Workflow Management – create, and update automated process workflows in Signavio

 

What you bring 

 

  • Actively enrolled student (f/m/d) at university or recent graduate
  • Process Modeling Tool experience (ideally with Signavio or similar)
  • Experience in Process Analytics Tools – SAP Analytics Cloud, or MS Power BI
  • Ability to know scripting, configuration of reports, and dashboard design is a plus
  • Experience in business process management, business process consulting
  • Ability to engage across functions with different stakeholders (product owners, process owners, enterprise architecture team, and similar)
  • Ability to collaborate, build strong internal relationships
  • Good organizational, time management, and communication skills  
  • Passion for customers and their success 
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills in English
