We are looking for a passionate and motivated university student to join our SAP Customer Experience (CX) team as a Cloud for Customer (C4C) intern. 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience with SAP's cutting-edge cloud solutions, contributing to key projects while developing professional skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 

 What You’ll Do:


•    Support the CX team in configuring and customizing SAP Cloud for Customer solutions to meet client needs.
•    Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
•    Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining C4C implementations. 

•    Participate in client meetings and contribute to the preparation of solution documentation and presentations.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
 
Here are some of the key fields and expected activities in this vital role:
•    Contribute to the development of strategic projects within the Customer Experience area.
•    Contribute to the configuration and fine-tuning of customer-specific features within SAP C4C, ensuring alignment with business goals.
•    Assist in analyzing customer feedback and usage data to suggest improvements that enhance system performance and user experience.
•    Help the team identify and address potential improvements in processes and workflows to ensure efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.
 
What You Bring:


•    Actively enrolled university student (f/m/d) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Basic understanding of cloud technologies and interest in SAP solutions.
•    Willingness and ability to quickly learn and master new technologies. 

•    Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to contribute to innovative solutions.
•    Strategic thinking and strong communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly.
•    Ability to collaborate, build strong internal relationships, and work in a team environment.
•    Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
•    Passion for customer success and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
•    Proficient communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal).
•    Soft skills: Enthusiastic, open-minded, results-oriented, communicative, self-driven, and reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
