YOUR FUTURE ROLE  

• Execute complex process mining and task mining analyses

• Provide enablement to internal SAP Signavio Process Intelligence customers

• Certified Process Mining Data Scientist, Data Engineer, and Value Assessment Expert, Signavio Signal Scripting skills

• Implementation of Signavio Process Mining and related functionalities (e.g. Data Science, ETL, Studio, (Profile) View and Knowledge Model)

• Data connectivity and extraction from various systems and sources: SAP, REST API, SFTP

• Development of custom event logs, data models, and analytics using data in various formats from different data sources

• Act as a trusted advisor with C-Level management

• Manage stakeholder understanding and expectation regarding strategic initiatives outcomes; ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirement

• Enable collaboration across IES, P&I, and business units

YOUR PROFILE   

• Bachelor/Master in Business Informatics or similar

• Advanced programming skills in various languages and frameworks: Signal, Python, C++, Java, VBA, C#, SQL, PyTorch, pandas, Django

• Prior experience as Signavio Process Mining Specialist or Data Scientists, Data Engineer

• > 5 years of work experience in a globally distributed environment

• Experience with executive and business stakeholder communication

• Experience in working with cross-cultural teams

• Experience in other LoB-related processes and organizations is a plus (such as Sales, Services, HR, P&I, Corp. Dev, etc.)

• Strong Communication Skills

• Strong Collaborative mindset (across teams and functions)

• Proficient communication and presentation skills in English 

ABOUT THE TEAM 
The Corporate Process Management Office defines SAP-wide process management standards on how to design, document, measure, and improve processes in close alignment with Global E2E Process Owners, Process Officers, Process Owners, and Business Owners. The team ensures the company-wide application of these standards leveraging a community of experts, structured documentation, and continuous enablement.

We are heavily investing in enabling our internal customers to mine their processes (with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence) and gain unprecedented insights into their performance and improvement potentials.

Building on SAP's intelligent enterprise strategy, the mission of Business Process Intelligence is to assist our customers in navigating through their digital transformation and help them understand and improve their business processes in a data-driven way. With the acquisition of Signavio, a recognized and strong market leader in the process excellence and intelligence area, we are creating a comprehensive, end-to-end SAP Signavio offering for our internal customers. Our purpose is to help them innovate in an ever-changing world.

IES's Strategy & Processes vision is to develop and drive the Organizational Strategy and Business Process Management of IES as the trusted and primary partner of the CDIO and the leadership team. Our main priorities are:

• Provide Think Tanks and concepts to stimulate Business Development, Innovation, and Strategic Thinking

• Define IES strategy, key priorities and strategic pillars, based on global IT trends

• Drive high-visibility strategic projects cross the board areas

• Support Transformation @ IES, which includes Agile Transformation and People Agenda

The position can be filled as part time position.
