SAP Enterprise Cloud Services supports customers throughout their Cloud transformation and plays an important role for achieving SAP’s cloud ambition. We run the SAP software product portfolio on the customers’ preferred infrastructure (SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud or Hyperscalers) and with SAP Cloud Application Services at the core, we help customers to accelerate their SAP S/4HANA adoption and transformation to become an Intelligent Enterprises.
The TLO Team is a global team with locations in Germany, Mexico, Portugal and India.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a Senior Technical Landscape Owner (TLO) for one of our strategic customer accounts.
The Role:
As a Senior Technical Landscape Owner, you are part of an SAP Technology expert team who are responsible for all customer SAP landscapes. You are supporting the Head of Technical Service Management in landscape management, optimizing processes and improving the end-user experience
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Familiarity with SAP system administration tools of NetWeaver and non-NetWeaver based systems.
- Solid experience in technical planning, implementation and integration of SAP solutions
- Good knowledge of the entire SAP technology stack: NetWeaver, DB, OS
- Experience with hyperscalers (Azure / AWS).
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Can-do attitude, customer first and collaborative mindset
- Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way
- Strong focus on quality, customer success and driven by results
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in customer facing and technical roles
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
- Expert in industry and standards and methodologies for operations (ITIL v3, CCoE, ITSM, TCO and E2E Operations / Run SAP, ALM) – certifications in any of these topics are a big plus
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- English (advanced/fluent written & spoken).
- Additional languages like German, Spanish or Hindi are a plus.
