The Business Area Controlling Cross-Functional Controlling I team has an opening for a (Senior) Controller who is passionate about business and enjoys working with numbers.

BAC Cross-Functional Controlling, as part of the Global Controlling team, is responsible for actively managing the P&Ls of numerous cross-functional business units across the globe and across all Board Areas, as well as for being a trusted advisor and reliable business partner to the respective business leaders. Therefore, we are looking for a (Senior) Controller focusing on Controlling Business Partnering for multiple teams.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Manage financial performance of multiple business units
• Actively lead various activities to ensure overall financial performance, such as quarter end close, financial forecasting, budgeting
• Drive improvements and shape the future of Cross-Functional Controlling, including cross-unit projects that bring the entire Controlling organization forward
• Engage in preparation and financial validation of strategic and operational business cases
• Safeguard financial compliance
• Evaluation and monitoring of key financial risks and impact factors on the business
• Interact directly with top management both on the business side and within Controlling
