Meet your team:
Central Services is a newly created team following R2R Reshape transformation in July 2024. The team acts as a liaison between General Accounting (GA) processes as well as LCA and LTM organizations, internal and external audit, R2R Process Management, and other stakeholders ensuring smooth and seamless coordination of efforts within the department. Currently team consists of 7 team members located in Manila, Prague, and Buenos Aires.
Summary:
We are looking for Project Lead for Statistical reports Governance and Coordination who will become integral part of Central Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for dedicated daily tasks related to closing activities with the strong focus on statistical reports governance. As required, subsequently in this role you may take on other projects and initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Lead governance and coordination of statistical reports prepared by GA and other teams within GFA.
- Create and maintain repository of existing statistical reports, ensure all the documentation is up-to-date.
- Develop framework and criteria for reports evaluation and distribution among relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessment including managing possible penalties.
- Assess and drive centralization of reports where possible to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Engage with project stakeholders such as HR, IT and GFA to ensure smooth flow of data and information across departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage efficiencies.
What you bring:
- Good understanding of core finance processes within GFS and GFA.
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills / strong desire to learn and apply these skills in the first few months in the role.
- Experience with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to liaise with various stakeholders and drive collaboration.
- Proactive and self-managed, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting, within a global team across different time zones and cultures, empathetic and collaborative.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
