What you'll do

The Bid Manager Associate supports cross-functional virtual account teams to deliver competitive and compelling proposals on time. This role involves organizing and monitoring proposal preparation, assigning work packages, setting timelines, providing templates, and assisting with formatting according to SAP standards and branding. The Bid Manager Associate also supports completion of vendor questionnaires and customer presentations. Business acumen and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple business units and service partners/vendors.

What you bring

• Bachelor or university degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, economics, law or equivalent
• Strong team player
• Project management experince is an advantage
• Proven expertise in multicultural communications
• Customer service commitment and attitude
• Ability to work on parallel tasks and towards tough timelines
• Professional knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of the SAP product portfolio is an advantage • Fluent and professional English is a must, other languages is a plus
• Experience in IT services business or in bid and proposal management, experience in EU tenders and public procurement is an advantage
