As a Business Analyst for Sales Solutions, you’ll work closely with sales teams, business stakeholders, and a scrum team to design and evolve solutions that enhance SAP’s sales processes and drive revenue growth.
Meet your team:
Our IT Sales Solutions team is responsible for design, build and operations of SAP's core Sales Deal Execution business processes. Here we act as our sales Business' trusted advisor.
You will engage with sales business and your feature, scrum team in order to design, implement and evolve solutions for sales processes to boost SAP's sales and revenue. Leveraging SAP's latest Cloud- and Platform technologies. SAP's account executives and sales teams are your primary persona and customer. Your work has a direct impact to SAP’s top line growth, targeted to reach more than €35B by 2025.
What you'll do:
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather and decompose business requirements.
- Designing solutions that improve end-to-end processes, focusing on automation, usability, and maintainability.
- Driving process performance improvements using KPIs and PPIs.
- Ensuring quality through automation testing and "shift-left" practices.
- Developing expertise in SAP's latest customer experience solutions.
What you bring:
- Passion for SAP cloud technologies and efficient business solutions.
- 3-5 years’ experience in business process design and requirements management, focusing on sales/deal execution or related functions.
- 2+ years’ experience with SAP solutions, ideally Customer Experience (Sales/Service Cloud, SAP CPQ).
- Proven ability to collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver software solutions.
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SAP’s broader cloud portfolio and Agile delivery methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Mural, ELK stack, and test automation (e.g., Playwright).
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
This role directly impacts SAP’s top-line growth and involves close collaboration with your team, ideally in a co-located setup
