What you’ll do:
As part of our People & Culture (P&C) Business Operations Team you as the Business Operations Specialist will contribute to longer-term P&C initiatives and processes as part of a larger team. You will be assigned to a dedicated business operations initiative, senior business leader or process and will work alongside other experts to drive simplified and standardized processes and systems for improving business productivity and ultimate success.

What you bring:
- General experience with project management tasks to coordinate the enhancement of business and process performance, project and change management
- Strong organizational skills in managing goals and milestones efficiently
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage and engage with complex stakeholder maps for smooth execution to meet project expectations and deadlines
- Ability to facilitate support for standards, processes, tools and guidelines
- Basic analytical skills: an understanding of translating data into insights for day-to-day business requests
- General experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
- Basic understanding of HR related organizations is a plus
