ABOUT THE TEAM

The S/4 HANA Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and/or Finance Senior Business Process Consultant is focused on the Oil and Gas Industry to facilitate the implementation and support of these solutions and focus on the short and long-term strategic business benefits for our customers. You will help define our client’s core strategic roadmap and provide leadership in their digital transformation journey.  Being a trusted advisor, you will understand the high-level business requirements of our customers and translate them into SAP solutions. Our vision is to drive business value and ultimately successful outcomes by helping our customers understand how best to leverage, implement, and sustain SAP solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deep product expertise/business experience in S4HANA with a specific focus on SAP Joint Venture Accounting/Product Sharing Accounting/Finance/Controlling/Accounting (exposure to S4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance preferred).
• Experience delivering project using ASAP/Agile methodologies.
• Assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation journey by leveraging S4HANA and helping define their strategic roadmaps.
• Provide our customers key insight and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level and manage teams within a project.
• Performance of feasibility studies, process design reviews and pre-sales support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.

WHAT YOU BRING

Education and Qualifications:

• Fundamental know-how of business process framework architecture, legacy system migration and application integration.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Management, or Engineering,

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of SAP Finance with a focus on Joint Venture Accounting and/or Product Sharing Accounting (PSA).
• SAP consulting experience in the Oil and Gas (O&G) Industry is a big plus.
