PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The main task is proactive management of a demanding customer portfolio to ensure timely payment of all open invoices. A key element in this role is interaction and communication with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment, and as such requires advanced communication and language skills.
What you will do:
- Support our cash collection efforts to increase overall SAP Cash Flow by managing open receivables.
- Interact daily with customers and SAP internal department such as Commercial teams, Billing department, Sales Community and others
- Investigate billing discrepancies to ensure timely payments
- Spot risks and ensure timely escalation to management
- Meet Cash Collection KPI and participate to process implementation and development

The GFS, Digital O2C Ariba Supplier Network EMEA Team is looking for a Network Collections Specialist to facilitate day-to-day collections for the Supplier Membership Program of the Ariba Supplier Business Network, as well as training-related invoices. Through a single connection, the Ariba Supplier Business Network provides organizations with the capabilities they need to ensure seamless transactions, strengthen existing buyer-supplier relationships, find new business opportunities, and generate bottom-line savings—allowing them to realize true e-Commerce success.
In addition to supporting the Ariba Supplier Business Network, this role also involves reaching out to customers with outstanding training invoices. The training business plays a vital role in upskilling individuals and organizations. By ensuring timely payment of training invoices, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of these learning initiatives.
